Develop and implement distributed Client/Server and multi-tier web-based Java/J2EE applications for communication projects; customize programs/applications and optimize full life cycle software development; conduct trial runs and test programs/systems using unit and system approaches; implement systems to allow automated remote management of all IP devices on the network; document and keep track of project processing and modification; fine-tune applications/interfaces and provide user support.

EDUCATION
Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
SPECIAL REQUIREMENT
Work experience or demonstrated ability in web design, Web-based GUI and Graphic design, AJAX, JSP,Oracle database, JAVA programming on Tomcat/Apache in the UNIX/Solaris enviroment, TCP/IP and DOCSIS. COPS programming experience a plus. Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Flash MX experience required.
